IRF ( MOSFETT )

IRF 540 merupakan salah satu transistor bipolar yang mana fungsinya adalah sebagai switching arus, dan selain itu juga IRF 540 ini juga berfungsi sebagi pembangkit PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) dimana putaran dankecepatan motor dapat diatur dengan memberikan nilai duty cycle Dalam mode ini dapat dihasilkan sinyal PWM dengan bentuk digital/pulsa. Adapun nilai duty cycle yaitu perbandingan antara lama pada saat pulsa high dibandingkan dengan periode satu gelombang pulsa.
